Hello everyone,

I understand people have their own reasons to why they would like to voice their thoughts and help the world out, somewhat like what I do here in The Paz-Inn, But in all seriousness using facebook as a tool for helping the less fortunate is just so belligerent and stupid that you should require a cone shaped hat with the words D U N C E spelt on the top.

Okay so go figure, people on facebook, as you would’ve noted from my above rant, are posting lots and lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of content about Kony, a Ugandan citizen who’s been on the run from the militia (Guerrilla..Whatever) since 27 years ago (or 25, my recollection is somewhat hazy). Okay, so it takes us 20 odd years to meet the matter, no worries, 2006 Kony began, as well as the invisble children being established, so why wasn’t it a big thing back then?

Well let me explain it to you as short and sternly as possible…

Chain-mail in emails was/still is considered spam.

Get it? SPAM, A-Fucking-Spamathon of  Kony is occurring on social media, my direct experience is with Facebook, but I also see relics and other pointed media over YouTube, vimeo, other hosing sites and it’s now penetrating twitter and other social media.

Look, I can understand advertising, I can understand every little chain mail here there, I can even understand the odd cancer picture. Because, well, at least those idiots (now I shouldn’t be cruel) can go into their personalised Google with the image of their cat Hendrix splayed over the back, and type in cancer donation; come up with 100+ sites they’ll happily donate to a cancer institute and be done. Does Kony really need this much attention, is the American government gonna get of their arses to stop it? or the Australian, British or Russian for that matter? I think not, governments have better things to do.

This type of chain-mail rubbish over Facebook is crap, enough is enough, I’ll say the same for every other institute and anything else that is poked at me constantly, cancerous or otherwise, this must stop, in fact it’s quite pointless.

Yes, you may raise awareness.

Yeah, you might make a few people more curious.

But HOLY FUCK ARE YOU GONNA ANNOY THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

Alright, I’ve made my point. So onward! Many environmentalist groups are even pissed off by this, heck, I know of a few greenies personally that couldn’t give two shits for whats going on, so lets make a proper initiative, if you wanna get kony out and improve the situation, petition the government, protest outside their doors everyday, then you’ll know the hardships of pure action, rather than this simplified electronic rubbish that gets us nowhere.

SO STOP. Fuck.

So everyone has heard this punch up between Rudd and Gillard has been going on for a while within the Australian government. Most people were met with little surprise or even the smallest resemblance of excitement, it almost appears to me that the Australian govt. Have their own version of home and away occurring where most people in the public couldn’t give a toss whether something happens between them. Most public opinion is that the government is lost. My personal feeling is that the governments only two selectable leaders are both shit heads, and whether we elect one or another, they’re just going to be as big a stuff up as the past politician that walked the carpet.

For those that don’t understand, in short, this act will allow the American govt. to control internet service providers (ISP’s) and choose which content they want to blacklist from people’s online usage. This means that websites such as wikipedia, facebook, google should reightously be shut down because they breach the bill to the point where they have information that belongs to other sources such as the media.
Eventually, this could resolve in 3rd party ISP’s and otherwise which poses potential security flaws (these people providing the full internet – not the censored).
So to those internet lovers in America, if this bill passes…

Things like these are a large and insurmountable problem in today’s society, this being said, maybe all the connectedness of today people isn’t all too bad, and maybe those of older more industrialised and by-hand generations should back off the technology a little, as it is my understanding that they grew through their discoveries, so should our generation be able to make their own mistakes and learn from our own findings, not live by the idealistic means of past generations.

One should always ask an older person how their elders would enjoy the idea of certain advancements of their time… It’d be an interesting answer.

Many older folk may argue that there are more killers/criminals/deviants in today’s society due to technology. I’d like to put it this way there is more crime/problems within society yes, due to technology, but so many more have been solved that it ought to be praised, not censored. Technology and what it is today has not necessarily cause that much of an increase, population growth within the world means more people, and more people means more crime, essentially this is not a foolproof argument, though it does have logic within it, more people, more poverty, more crime. Technology on the short-hand has also allowed poverty to be minimised in certain areas, and scandals uncovered, information is more widely accessible, therefore, people can hear the truth, which once, was hidden behind the morning newspaper, or word-of-mouth rumors.

I hope the government of America realise the stupidity of this bill, and focus on the real attempts of piracy if they wish to have a problem with it. That is, piracy of people’s lifestyles and the generational adjustments that are made when a new population of children are brought into a different world to their parents.

This was just a collection of rocks I obtained from the beaches of Port Macquarie in Australia, I decided to connect their colours to what I feel about a special someone

Reds – The colours of passion and love, emote my deep love and feelings towards you, this colour brings out my deepest and innermost desires and is a very seducing colour. The rocks themselves emote temptation but also justify that temptation with passion for this person.

Mixes – Colours that are blended together, for me symbolise your change, the way you can jump from one level to the next, how things can be simple and easy one instant and become rough and complicated, but also be worked out and separated as they must. This also symbolises your complexity and intelligence and gives meaning to who you are, and how different you are to everyone else, it shows your uniqueness.

White – This colour shows me your purity, it emotes within me a deep sense of longing and a beautiful sense of devotion to one person, this colour also evokes the feeling of truth and grounds a very paramount emotion of trust within you. It emotes a very strong feeling of closeness and trust.

Blue/Violet – These colours give me the feelings of deep serenity and calm within your arms, as well as the calm sounds of your voice and the gentleness of your breath, by far this colour gives me the closest nature of calm and relaxation within itself and that which you evoke within me.

Yellow/Gray – These colours show your “down to earth” side, they bring out the selflessness and love that you carry and they also show the great depth that simplicity can have, that is often overlooked by people.

You as a person are completely special to me, I would never give you up, for anything, let me make that clear to you. Hope you have a great holiday, and I love you.

Hello my friends, lately I’ve been in a pretty shockingly bad mood. I’ve been angry, annoyed, stressed and depressed at different intervals and all at once.

Luckily, now HSC is over and my schooling life complete, which has lifted a massive burden off my shoulders, I’m a free man now, FREE I TELL YA. FREEEE! =D

And also on the plus-side, I’ve met the most amazing girl I know, who I love whole heartedly, and this she knows. I’ve noticed that when I’m around said individual, my thoughts and actions seem to be somewhat clear, as well as the gratuitous amounts of good luck I receive from her presence . Even though we’ve only been in a relationship for a few days, It still feels like months and personally, If things could stay the way they are now. THEY WILL STAY THE FUCKING WAY THEY ARE, OTHERWISE IMMA STAB THEM SO HARD THEY GONNA WISH I DIDN’T STAB THEM SO HARD.

So now, I’m in an extremely happy and gracious mood, and have been for the last few days, as fast as time flies when I’m with this person, It also comes to a screaming halt.

Relationships are the only way that one individual can express the way he/she feels, and have that loving support that is needed from the beginning. I love her so much, and hope nothing changes between us, except for the better, because that stuff is alright
